Malibu Floors is expanding rapidly to increase our presence in the multi-family new construction market. Our extensive portfolio of products and suppliers has allowed us to provide turnkey solutions to meet any budget since 1998. You can rely on Malibu for all your flooring, wall tile and countertop needs. Our merger with Floors Incorporated earlier this year expands our base in Texas to five regional warehouses. Our parent company, Artisan Design Group (ADG), is in acquisition mode nationwide and has recently closed on the following outstanding companies to further expand our national footprint:

• JR McDade Company, LLC, located in Phoenix, AZ, is a full-service designer and installer of flooring products, countertops and window coverings for single family and multi-family builders, property managers and homeowners throughout Arizona. J.R. McDade operates six facilities in Arizona.
• WCCV Floor Coverings, LLC, located in Peninsula, OH, is a full-service designer and installer of flooring products to single family and multi-family builders, property managers and homeowners throughout Northeast Ohio. WCCV operates three facilities in Ohio.
• Arlun, Inc., located in Colorado Springs, CO, is a full-service designer and installer of flooring products and distributor of lighting products to single family and multi-family builders, property managers and homeowners throughout Colorado Springs and Denver. Arlun operates two facilities in Colorado.
• Images Flooring, Located in Denver, Loveland and Englewood CO, is a full-service floor covering company for residential builders, homebuyers and commercial contractors in the Rocky Mountain region.
• More acquisitions are in progress nationwide.
